Jak się umówić?
Na spotkanie umów się telefonicznie lub mailowo. Staramy się przyjmować wszystkich punktualnie, ale może się zdarzyć, że na spotkanie trzeba chwilę poczekać. Przed konsultacją przygotuj dokumenty związane ze sprawą, z jaką się do nas zgłaszasz – najlepiej wszystkie, do jakich masz dostęp. Nie musisz ich drukować – wystarcza online, na telefonie czy komputerze. Możesz też spisać swoje pytania, żeby o niczym nie zapomnieć.
Przebieg konsultacji
Po przyjściu do biura MIP dostaniesz do wypełnienia oświadczenie/deklarację, która umożliwia Twój udział w konsultacji. Zabierz ze sobą dokument tożsamości – paszport lub kartę pobytu. Następnie zostaniesz zaproszony/a do osobnego pokoju i poproszony/a o opowiedzenie o swojej sytuacji i o wątpliwościach, z którymi się zgłosiłeś/łaś. Nasi konsultanci będą też zadawać dodatkowe pytania. Robią to, żeby upewnić się, że dobrze rozumieją Twoją sytuację i znają wszystkie szczegóły, po to by jak najlepiej ci doradzić i pomóc poszukać najlepszego rozwiązania.
Czas trwania konsultacji:
Konsultacje trwają około 45 minut. Jeżeli Twoja sprawa wymaga więcej uwagi, postaramy się spędzić z Tobą tyle czasu, ile to potrzebne. Jednak ze względu na nasz grafik i inne spotkanie, może zdarzyć się, że zostaniesz poproszony/a o przyjście ponownie, w innym terminie. W niektórych przypadkach, możemy skierować Cię też do naszej prawniczki – zaproponujemy wtedy najbliższy możliwy termin spotkania. Po konsultacji możesz wypełnić ankietę ewaluacyjną – bardzo nam to pomaga w organizacji dalszej pracy.
How to make an appointment?
Make an appointment by phone or email. We try to receive everyone on time, but it may happen that you have to wait a while for an appointment. Before the consultation, prepare documents related to the case you are approaching us with – preferably all you have access to. You don’t have to print them – online, on your phone or computer is enough. You can also write down your questions so you don’t forget anything.
How the consultation works
When you come to the MIP office, you will be given a statement/declaration to fill in so that you can participate in the consultation. Take your identity document with you – passport or residence card. You will then be invited to a separate room and asked to talk about your situation and the concerns you came forward with. Our consultants will also ask additional questions. They do this to make sure they understand your situation and know all the details, in order to best advise you and help you look for the best solution.
Duration of consultation:
The consultation lasts approximately 45 minutes. If your case requires more attention, we will try to spend as much time with you as needed. In some cases, we can also refer you to our lawyer – we will then suggest the nearest possible appointment. After the consultation you can fill in an evaluation questionnaire – this helps us a lot in organizing further work.
