Transfers of data to a third country

Because we use Google’s services, your/your data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA) in terms of its storage on servers.

Data retention period

Your data will be processed until the end of the statute of limitations for potential contractual claims. Invoice data will be processed until the end of the period for which accounting records are required by law to be kept. In addition, some of the data may also be processed after the expiration of the periods indicated above for the duration of our business operations for archival, analytical and statistical purposes described in more detail above under the indication of purposes and grounds for data processing.

Rights in connection with processing
