Support of migrant women\/men will take place through:<\/p>\n\n

– Providing Polish language instruction combined with information and orientation workshops explaining the functioning of the state and local environment, showing the practical relevance of the topics covered in everyday life;<\/p>\n\n

– Implementing a “mentoring” program in schools;<\/p>\n\n

– Prepare materials and conduct pilot workshops among female teachers, Polish employers and co-workers, representatives of local government and service institutions, raising awareness of how they can support migrants, provide them with the essential ‘know-how’ of life in Poland.<\/p>\n\n

As a result of the activities undertaken, knowledge of the realities of life in Poland and Poznan\/Wielkopolska and knowledge of the Polish language will increase among migrant women, and knowledge and awareness of the situation of migrant women and how they can be supported will increase among the Polish society.In the course of the project we will cooperate with schools, employers’ association, local government entities and public institutions. We plan to reach out to new groups, both among migrants and the Polish society.<\/p>\n\n
