Great news!

Organizers of charity run Bieg “Wolna Ukraina” – Przyjacielska Paczucha in cooperation with parkrun Poznań Fundacja Aitwar and numerous runner groups have decided to donate revenues during the event to Migrant Info Point 💙💛 The funds will be directed for support and aid for refugees from Ukraine 💙💛

Our support given to Ukrainian citizens covers:

✅ informational and legal advice

✅ material interventional help

✅ language courses

✅ integration activities for kids and adults

We encourage you to take part in the run!

→ When: March 26th, 2022, 11 am

→ Where: Poznańska Cytadela – Pomnik Bohaterów (Heroes Monument) – entrance from Armii Poznań Street

→You don’t need a ticket to participate in the event. We encourage you to donate an amount of your choice to our volunteers who will carry special money boxes with them (you can pay with a card and QR code as well)

→ Distance: around 5 kilometres (map of the run will be available in the event on Facebook) without measuring your time and without starting numbers

→ Contestants: anyone over 13

We encourage participants to decorate their outfits with blue and yellow elements.

How else you can help?

• After the run, you can purchase yummy home-made cake
• During the run, there will be a “kid zone” where the youngest participants can spend their time

During the time of the run we will collect medical supplies:

• Band-aids, compression bands
• anti-inflammatory medicine for both kids and adults
• sanitisers, masks and gloves
• space blankets.
